About Me
After graduating with a first class honours from King's College London, I embarked on a career in Finance. I joined the Big 4 in External Audit, which allowed me to complete the ACA with first time passes. Since then I have moved roles a few times and most recently into a position as Finance Director for a large multinational organisation.
I have travelled the world for work, carrying out projects in over 20 countries allowing me to build a vast array of experience and real life examples. Whilst at the Big 4, I would conduct training courses and tutor the new batch of graduates teaching them audit, assurance, risk and accounting.
Tutor Experience
Throughout the last 10 years I have been tutoring, teaching and coaching. This has ranged from attending colleges, 6th formers to specifically tutor A-Level subjects.
During my professional years this has included tutoring aspects of the ACA to colleagues, peers and even bosses. This has included delivering 1-1 tutoring as well as running workshops for junior colleagues.
Carrying out work related projects in over 20countries has allowed me to develop coaching and communicating complex financial and accounting matters in simple terms. Alongside this I was the lead facilitator and trainer for all new graduates joining the Big 4 for 3 years. Tutoring and training them on all aspects of Risk, Audit and Accounting.

Aamir's a great guy and a great tutor, he's willing to look through documents if you send them before so he can get an understanding for your topic, and then during the class share with you initial feedback to get the ball rolling for the remainder of the class. The suggestions he gave were highly benefitting to my IA and we went through everything in thorough detail to ensure that I was understanding the information and the suggestions he was giving me.
Really kind and outgoing, he doesn't mind if you want to talk about a different topic or part of your work, and is always happy to repeat or rephrase in case you don't understand what he says initially. He's happy to let you take notes as well and check through them at the end of the class in case there's something you miss as well!
Definitely a good tutor and worthy of the 5 stars.
