About Me
I love travelling, hence my International Teaching career and currently I live in the exciting city of Berlin. I am a life-long learner and I am always studying something. At the moment it is German and History of Art. I have a well-developed sense of humour and like to consider things from all perspectives. I care about our world and making it a better place for all and I believe education is crucial in developing our awareness, communication skills and tolerance.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alan, who has truly helped me improve my skills in the subject. From practicing Paper 1 to going through different bodies of work for Paper 2, Alan has a deep understanding of the IB and how to precisely address the subject and has provided me with valuable insight on how to approach texts and analysis.
During our sessions, we focused on stylistic devices, all kinds of texts, and how to approach the analysis of the text for Paper 1. For Paper 2, Alan's knowledge of different bodies of work was impressive, and he found various ways to approach the meaning of the texts we studied.
Furthermore, he was a great help with my Higher Level essay, providing additional corrections and tips that have undoubtedly helped me achieve a higher grade. His feedback was constructive and well-informed, and I felt more confident in my writing skills as a result.

Mr. Wallace always tried to share knowledge with us which was way beyond the curriculum. This aided us to obtain a profound understanding of the key concepts, and was backed up by constant urges for participation, to apply the newly acquired knowledge. In addition to that when teaching crucial concepts like essay-writing he would facilitate the process by adjusting the topics to our interests. All these efforts by him helped me extremely in achieving the highest IB mark in English as a subject (7/7) as well as gave me the opportunity to express myself eloquently in various other subjects like: Economics, History etc.
