I am currently an Associate Professor of Real Estate. I have a Ph.D. from Massachusetss Institute of Technology in Real Estate Economics and a Master in City Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology. I have also more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, research and consulting with leading global rel estate investment managers and consultants in the United States, such as CBRE Global Investors and CBRE Econometric Advisors.
I have been an Associate Professor and the Head of the Real Estate Department at Neapolis University for eight years and I have been teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Statistics and Urban and Regional Economics.
I am also the editor of the university textbook "Market Analysis for Real Estate" that has been published globally by Routledge in August of 2020. As you can see in my CV, I have published numerous articles in international refereed journals on various real estate topics and I have won the Emerald Literati Award for the outstanding paper that was published in the Journal of Property Investment & Finance in 2018.
