I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Trinity College Dublin and member of the Trinity impact Evaluation Unit (TIME). I am an applied economist with a primary focus on development economics. I have been awarded a full scholarship by the Department of Economics and am a past winner of the Laura Bassi Scholarship. I write an Economics blog which I publish on LinkedIn and Tumblr and I also contribute as an Editor to the online news website Economics Daily and am a Mentor for 100mentors. I have been tutoring since 2010, privately and as a teaching assistant at TCD. As a TA, I had a class size of 100 students, my average teaching feedback from students was excellent. I was nominated for the Dermot McAleese teaching award. I have experience being a tutor for undergraduate students in Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistical Methods, Micro-Economics, Macro-Economics, International Trade, Game Theory, Financial Economics, Financial Markets, Economic Theory, Quantitative Theory and Economic Analysis. I have taught students at applied and theoretical Economic Theory courses delivered at TCD, UCD, DBS and NUI.
