I teach International Relations at Tel Aviv University and the Rothberg International School, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I hold a PhD in 20th Century History from University College London.

Between 40-60 students have enrolled each year for my course 'Nuclear Nonproliferation and Security' at Tel Aviv University. I am a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.

About Me

I was born in London, UK. I am currently living in Jerusalem, Israel.

When I am not teaching and conducting research, I enjoy writing on international affairs. My work is published in a variety of publications, including Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Prospect Magazine and Haaretz.

Outside of work and my passion for reading and writing, I enjoy walking in the countryside, swimming, watching football, cinema and listening to popular and classical music.
