I enjoy exploring art galleries and museums as well as listening to podcasts and going on the occasional hike.
As a secondary school teacher, I teach Latin, ancient Greek, and RS from beginners to advanced levels. My aim as a tutor is to engage my students so that they are able to achieve their best possible outcome. I have also tutored university students in addition to primary and secondary school pupils, therefore I have experience of working towards individual goals at all levels. In addition to tutoring students for particular subjects, I have also assisted students who have been working towards admissions assessments at 11+ and 13+.
I am a qualified secondary school teacher with a PGCE in Latin and Classics. Part of my qualification involved using educational research to inform my teaching practice and this is something that I have continued to do as part of my teaching.
Victoria is such a good teacher: she knows her subject well and explains it really well. She is a pleasure to be with too. All round very good.
Excellent teaching, knowledge and rapport
Really good discussion of grammar. Good prep for the A level.
Excellent as usual and so kind and helpful. Victoria really knows the subject and has resources to hand to find out the little bits she doesn't know!
Just what I needed; solid instruction in grammar and syntax by an expert. Thank you, Victoria.
