In addition to being a tutor and solicitor, I am a part time jazz singer. I sing at live music events whenever I get the chance and recently I was invited to sing on two tracks on a reggae album (as yet to be a released), even though reggae is not my preferred style. I lived in Spain for 7 years and am therefore fluent in Spanish (having attained a level of C2 under the Common European Framework, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes of Madrid).
I tutor because it's something that I genuinely enjoy. I am a qualified and practising solicitor with a passion for teaching. After having worked for several private law firms and local authorities, I now work as a locum solicitor during the summer months and tutor and teach during the academic year because I find it immensely rewarding. It is my passion and enthusiasm for the vocation that make me a good tutor.
Despite my unexpected cancelling of my Law A level, my first and only class with Mrs Sarika showed how invested she is for the success of her students, and how well she masters her teaching skills. She managed to shift from the planned Law class to English class in order to help me prepare my mock exams.
Thanks for the review!!
Great session !!!
Such an excellent tutor.
She is a great teacher.I learn and improve my english. English is not my first language sometimes I feel difficult to understand things, but She explains everything. looking forward to taking more lessons with her. I recommend her to all students .thank you Sarika for everything.
Great Class. Very helpful and willing to re-explain in different ways when necessary.
Really great learning with Sarika, she helped me loads from just one hour of talking to her!
Clear explanations and good method of study
Sarika is a really patient tutor who is very good at explaining concepts in a way that's easy to understand. She clearly has a lot of knowledge and the fact that she is also a practising lawyer rather than just a tutor or an academic means that she gives examples from real life and explains the policy behind certain judgements. I would 100% recommend her if you want to improve your grades, as I have done. Sara W, 2nd year Law (LLB) student, Warwick University
