Following graduation as a civil engineer and a few years as a project manager in the construction industry I realized that the financial aspect of things was extremely motivating to me. I decided to leave my job to enter the MBA program at McGill University specializing in Finance. After 10 years in the corporate banking sector, more precisely in institutional real estate lending, I wanted to use more of my analytical skills and thought that moving to the equity markets would provide that. I managed to obtain a position as an equity analyst in the real estate sector and moved to other sectors of the market over time. I'm always very excited at the idea of starting to look into a new company, performing its financial review and overall analysis, preparing forecasts and coming up with its valuation. Never a dull moment...
I have been tutoring college and university students for several years in the Finance sector including Financial Mathematics. Most of my tutoring assignments were online since 2020 making good use of digital tablet to enhance session productivity. My students would say that I'm very patient and make things very clear.
