About Me
I am a full time third year PhD. student in logistics management in the Department of Transportation and Supply Chain Management at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. l expect to complete the degree requirements by December 2020. l hold a Masters of Commerce Degree in Strategic Management, CIPS Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply, and IAC Higher Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management. l have a diverse of experiences spanning over eight years in the public procurement, strategic management, budgeting, and secretarial practice. I am passionate about the procurement and supply and will continue to read academic research and follow the current debates.
Tutor Experience
l am a professional tutor with more than four years of industrial experience in supply chain management. l specialise in procurement and supply, operations management, logistics management and business management. l like to engage my students and make lessons informative and fun. Lessons are highly interactive, concentrating on the practical understanding of the supply chain management. Having a rapport with students is key. My online classes are grounded in theory as provided in books, even though l can excel in combining that with real life examples that l get from either cases studies or research. l am a Post Graduate Research Supervisor @Mancosa college where l am responsible for teaching both undergraduate and post graduate students. I have assisted many students to pass their thesis. I am conversant with all exam board specifications, including CIPS and CILT. I teach online classes to students around the Europe, Africa and Hong Kong.
