About Me
After realising a passion for Law at A-Level, my path to where I am now has been challenging, but also very enjoyable and rewarding. I have been at University for the last seven years, and am now teaching in the same classrooms where I was once taught.
I seek to help students who have not yet realised, and those who want to push past their potential by developing and clarifying understanding, or aiding with academic writing skills.
I love a good TV series, and believe a positive work-life balance is the recipe to success.
Tutor Experience
I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and have a Post-Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
I have taught at two UK University's since 2019, specialising in Public Law, but with knowledge of all LLB modules and A-Level Law.
I prepare, plan, and teach weekly seminars to students, ranging from groups of up to 30 individuals, and varying from online teaching to face-to-face.
I also have experience in marking student assignments at University Undergraduate level, monitoring of individual student progress and achievements, and working with students to achieve their potential.
I adjust my sessions to target specific learning styles and preferences, and am happy to accommodate students on how they learn best, and introduce new ways to aid in clarifying and consolidating understanding.
