Online Chemistry Tutor Elisabeth

I chose to study Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths for A levels, and after achieving A grades I went on to study Biochemistry at The University of Oxford. During my 4th year I carried out a lab project that was involved with designing a vaccine for Meningitis. Although I found working in a Science laboratory fascinating, I decided that I wanted to become a Science teacher. I then completed my PGCE at the University of Oxford. During this time I bought my first horse to train. Upon completion of my PGCE I decided to stay in Oxford and applied to work in Oxford schools. For the first 3 years of my teaching career I worked at a school near the centre of Oxford, before becoming Head of Chemistry at an Independent school in Abingdon.
