I had the opportunity to work with Rajesh Jha since May 2010 till date. A pleasing personality, being excellent in his area of work, and being capable of effective administration are some of the characteristics of Mr Jha.
Sreenidhi today has gone digital to a great extent because of his astute planning and execution. He is very creative and innovative, which has given him an excellent edge in introducing many programmes on this 50-acre Campus. Under his guidance, Networking, Intranet, School Management Programmes, Biometric attendance for the faculty, School Blogs, Communication Channels-mail groups, SMS gateway, etc. are some of the success stories of Sreenidhi. He is also an Examiner in his subject for IB and CIE. The excellent Classroom teacher and has been instrumental in assisting Board Exam Students to score excellent grades in their Board Exams. Mr Jha conducts in-house workshops and training programmes for our faculty on a regular basis to keep them apprised of the new developments in this area.
