About Me
I obtained a BSc degree in Forensic Sciences, which covered modules in Chemistry, Forensic Evidence collection and typing, Forensic Anthropology, Embryology, Dissection and Embalming and Gross Anatomy to name a few... During my undergraduate studies I found my passion lay in Anatomy. This lead me to pursue an honours degree in Clinical Anatomy which I completed in 2018. After which I began my Master's degree in Clinical Anatomy, which I completed in 2021.
I have published a paper in the International Journal of Morphology and have 2 manuscripts which are awaiting approval for publication, I have also successfully co-supervised an Honours student in Clinical Anatomy.
Tutor Experience
Throughout my Master's degree I worked at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, as a dissection demonstrator (aiding students in dissection techniques and understanding of gross anatomy) as well as a teaching assistant (conducting online and in person tutorial sessions for medical students, setting and marking of formal assessments, recording and editing of practical lecture material).
