I came across David by chance on the Internet when I was looking for a tutor. I had been recommended to get a tutor by a friend who had recently taken the GMAT. David was my GMAT prep tutor in the fall of 2014 for a total of 6 weeks and 12 sessions. At the time, business school was something I wanted to pursue, but the task of writing the GMAT (which I had studied for on my own accord in the past) seemed daunting. While I felt fairly comfortable with the verbal exercises, I was lacking confidence and experience in many abstract quant applications.
David's way of teaching enabled me to see through the abstractness of GMAT problems, while also understanding the most efficient way to solve problems. Not only did I gain confidence and improve significantly in the Quant section, but I also improved on the Verbal section, too. Although almost anything can be learned through self-study, David will help to accelerate your learning and thereby get you a better GMAT score in the time you have available. As an aside, if you are starting out on your GMAT journey, I would recommend an initial session with David to decide what books to buy and to agree a preparation timetable. That will save you a lot of time in the long run.

I took a weekend crash course with David because I did not have much time to prepare for the GMAT.
