Hello, I'm new to Spires and specialised in English and law. With experience in both one-on-one and group settings, I provide individualised lessons to meet individual learning needs.

In the field of law, I offer thorough support with admissions inquiries, personal statement writing, and LNAT preparation. Furthermore, I assist students in developing their communication and writing skills, improving their comprehension abilities, and learning research procedures. In addition, I schedule mock interviews to boost confidence and preparation.

For English learners, especially ESL students, I emphasise business, general, and academic English skills. Whether it's improving specialised vocabulary, honing communication skills, or understanding business and social etiquette, I ensure that students are prepared for success in a variety of English-speaking contexts. My track record involves preparing individuals to confidently engage in professional and social situations.

Furthermore, I specialise in developing English language competency in all aspects, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I carefully prepare students for standardised examinations such as the IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC, focusing on advanced language skills, essay writing, and academic vocabulary acquisition.

In addition, I am currently teaching young students aged 10 to 19, supporting them through IB, GSCE, and IGCSE English courses. My goal is to help students not only perform in their GSCE exams but also prepare for their A-levels, ensuring they are well-equipped for academic success.

Academic English: I prepare students for various exams, including IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Cambridge Exams, and BEC. By emphasising proficiency in listening, reading, writing, and speaking, I familiarise students with test formats, structures, and effective test-taking strategies to optimise performance."

ESL English: With expertise ranging from absolute beginners to advanced levels, I cover a wide array of topics, including cross-cultural communication and soft skills. I assist learners with settlement English, navigating tasks like opening bank accounts, engaging effectively in university lectures, asking questions, and addressing housing concerns.

Law English: I specialise in honing communication skills as well as enhancing writing, comprehension, and research abilities. Additionally, I provide in-depth instruction in legal vocabulary and presentation skills.

Business English: My instruction encompasses day-to-day business activities such as email correspondence, meetings, and phone calls, as well as articulating one's role to superiors or colleagues. I also offer guidance on language tailoring, job applications, interview preparation, and assisting students in applying for jobs and internships.
