About Me
I believe school is not only about grades, exams and performance. It's part of it, yes, but too often the real point of education gets lost in trying to achieve benchmarks. I like to cooperate with parents and students who aim beyond that and have deep learning and self-development as the main goal. Mentors should help children and youth in finding their life purpose.
I am a chemistry & science enthusiast. Since high school I knew I wanted to teach chemistry which initiated my passion and my profession. I believe that an educational process is about developing the skills, attitude and zeal needed to become a life-long learner, not a mechanical learning by heart just to better the school performance. I am not interested in a collaboration focused solely on improving grades/test results.
Tutor Experience
I studied at the most respected Polish academy - Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Shortly after graduating I spent 4 years as a teacher in high school. I worked in various educational systems including IB, the Dalton model, conventional polish curriculum and democratic education. I’ve been tutoring for 6 years.
Topic Expertise
I finished my Master's degree on spectrometry and instrumental analysis, so I am experienced with organic chemistry. I taught in DP for 4 years, so I am well-trained in the curriculum. I am talented in sparking students' curiosity and mentoring in the educational process

I've successfully combined MYP and DP programmes with Polish curriculum by introducing lab experiments and creative assignments. There was no ready-made, schematic route for that, so I really proved myself that I can be flexible and think about many perspectives in the same time.
During my tutoring work I stayed with a student for her entire 4-year high school period. In that time we developed a bond based on trust and after she finished she confesed that I was much more to her than just a tutor and I really helped her during difficult life transitions.
