About Me
I am 63 years old and recently retired in mathematics teaching. I enjoy many interests such as playing the guitar, writing and recording music. I love to travel and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I have a passion for mathematics and play quite a bit of on-line chess.
I have lived in Argentina / South America for 25 years and I am bilingual speaking English and Spanish.
My wife is Argentine and I have and Argentine daughter and grandson.
Tutor Experience
I have worked in 9 schools over 40 years as a mathematics teacher. Twenty years as a head of department. I have taught across the secondary age range and the full ability range. I have access to a very wide range of resources which I have accumulated over many years. I use these resources to present mathematics in a varied and interesting way.
I was an examiner for IB Standard level mathematics for 10 years and worked developing the MYP e-examinations where I was senior examiner in Spanish in 2016.

Excellent tutor, not only explains the basic formulas to solve maths but explores the true essence of math, which is HOW math is solved, not just spoon-fed information to students. I was able to pass my exam after struggling with the unit.
