About Me
I am extremely passionate about law and education. Having completed my undergraduate degree in law, I decided that I wanted to teach students about the law and share my passion. During this time, I obtained my PGCE, as well as the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law.
I love to teach law in an exciting and fun manner in order to support students understanding.
I am very open myself and I believe in openness and honesty with my tutees, as well as having fun!
Tutor Experience
I have been a teacher for over 10 years, and during this time I have primarily taught A level law to classes ranging from 12 students to 30 students, with mixed ability students. I also have experience of tutoring students both in-person and online. Every year, I have a large proportion of students who achieve 2 grades above their predicted grade.
My experience extends beyond A level law as I have also taught some A level Business, and have tutored students studying law at degree level.
Much of my approach is around equipping students with the skills required to answer exam questions and maximising their marks. I also find innovative ways of helping students to understand complex legal concepts.
I have taught and tutored all examination specifications, including OCR, AQA, Eduqas and Edexcel.
