About Me
I am an enthusiastic and motivated teacher. Psychology is a great passion of mine, and this helps me be able to teach it effectively. I aim to ensure that we work collaboratively so that lessons are tailored to meet your needs.
It was once stated that we retain 70% of subjects we discuss. I try to ensure that during lessons we hold informative and engaging discussions that will help the information become apart of you.
My goal is to help other achieve their potential and this ensures that I put a great deal of energy into support you.
Tutor Experience
I have taught Psychology for 2 years. Within the specification of A-level I have taught modules such as; Research methods, Forensic Psychology, Schizophrenia, Relationships, Social Influence, Memory, Biopsychology.
I have experience in teaching Psychology for the International Baccalaureate. This included aspects such as; Cognition, Social and Biological approaches to human behaviour. This program included helping students with their independent research projects, many of whom gained high grades.
I have worked in education settings throughout my career in various forms from a teaching assitant, to a 1:1 tutor for student with Autism, and then to a fully qualified teacher. This range of experience has enabled me to ensure that I can deliver lessons that are diverse and engaging.
