About Me

I have a background in the social sciences which has included Anthropology, Archaeology, and Pubic Health.

I am currently undertaking a PhD in Public Health at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). This is funded by a highly competitive National Institute for Health (NIHR) and Applied Research Council (ARC) funding. Prior to this I completed an MSc in Public health at LSHTM funded by a Social Science scholarship from The Wellcome Trust. I consistently gained top marks in this MSc. I lead ā€œPrinciples of Social Science Researchā€ MSc seminars at my university and have strong expertise in the use of qualitative research methods. I have tutored students for several years including module assignments, applications and dissertations (both primary research and literature reviews).

I also hold a MSc in Anthropology from UCL and an Undergraduate degree (BA) in Archaeology and Anthropology, from Oxford University.
