I am a 23-year-old History teacher based in the Manchester area. I have always loved history and politics and am passionate about delivering engaging and enriching lessons that allow students to develop their knowledge and love of the subject. I graduated with my PGCE in June 2022 and since then have been lucky enough to experience a number of roles. I am currently working as an A-level history teacher, but I have also worked with GCSE and undergraduate students.
In my free time, I love visiting museums and galleries, I love cooking and crocheting.
I have been teaching since 2021, completing my PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan university in June 2022. I have worked in a number of different schools in that time teaching a vast array of topics.
Before I began my PGCE I worked with the tutoring company Kumon to deliver English and maths sessions to students 4-18.
I have covered a wide range of history, focusing on Medieval, early modern and modern.
I am currently teaching the Cold War and the British Empire for my student's A-level papers and their Coursework on European witch trials in the 16th century.
I am very confident in political theory and both British and American politics.
