Having studied two languages at university, as well as growing up speaking three languages at home, I can understand the frustration that a learner might experience when learning something new in a second language!
After graduating, I wanted nothing more but to be able to use my languages in my day-to-day life. I moved to Spain and decided to teach English, which led me to working in the University of Castilla-La Mancha, successfully completing a TEFL, and passing my PGCEi whilst working as a Year 5 class teacher in a British School in Madrid.
I then decided to pursue my teaching career by moving back to the UK to complete the necessary training to obtain the DfE QTS as an MFL Spanish Teacher.
I am now completing a Masters in Marketing y Comunicaciones Digitales in Spanish and looking to continue teaching in my free time so that I can continue to inspire others in their language learning journeys.
I am a DfE qualified MFL Spanish Teacher with QTS and experience teaching Spanish from Primary KS2 up to A-Level (EDEXCEL, AQA) in the UK.
My PGCEi (international) was completed whilst working as a Year 5 class teacher at a British Primary School in Madrid, which followed the British National Curriculum.
