After graduation with BEng in electrical and electronic engineering, I pursued higher education studies toward post-graduate diploma, master of philosophy, master of science and PhD in electrical power systems engineering, as a personal committment for continuous professioanl development.
I had thirteen years industrial experience in desing the control and portection circuits of the transmission substations in addition to power system analysis and earthing systems design. afterwards, I decided to put my industrial experience into a good effect for research and teaching at higher education insitutions, which up to ten years now, where I gained high teaching experience and qualifications such as the fellowship of the higher education academy in the UK (FHEA), and I am always pround of the excellent feedback from my students.
I have about ten years of tutoring experience in differned higher education institutions with different cultures and backgrounds. I have the experiece to teach in both the physical and virtual environments, where I used differednt online platforms and facilities.
my deep experience in the field of electrical power engineering enables my to teach wide range of related topics, such as Electical Fundamentals and Circuits, Power Systems, Power System Analysis, Power System Protection, Electrical Machines, Hight Voltage Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy Technology and others.
I always put my industrial experience in power system desing, and my research portfolio into a good effect by enhancig my students knowledge with the relevant industrial and research criteria.
I conducted research in different topics such as power system analysis, high voltage engineering, power systems reliability, renewables integration and microgrids, and I published in differnet iternationl conferences and high quiality journals such as Energies and IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, which has the highest imipact factor in the field today. I always love to reflect this experience to my students as a part of my learning methods.
besides to my PhD and MPhil qualifcations, I am aloway pround of my Master's degree form Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, which has an esteem respect in the academic commuity where cutting edge technologies and industrial experiences have been gained.
