Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is focused on the belief that learning needs to be student-centred and that students must be equal partners in the overall learning process to ensure complete success. My role involves using my expertise to facilitate the students to ensure that my students are well equipped; and I believe this approach enables students to gain the essential skills to take control of and become active participants in their own learning. Knowledge gained through active participation is knowledge that will stay and enable personal and academic success.
