About Me
I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Durham University and an MSc in Cancer from University College London. I am a current PhD candidate researching nerve damage at Northumbria University in Newcastle. I am extremely passionate about science and maths and love that tutoring has allowed me to maintain my wider knowledge of biology while my work gets more focused. I really enjoy sharing my passion and expertise in this area and believe I have the skills and patience required to not only improve exam scores significantly but also get students passionate about their subjects!
Tutor Experience
I have been a biology and maths tutor for many years. I have tutored a range of students from GCSE to A-Level Biology and SATs level to GCSE Maths. I have also completed a teaching placement whilst doing my undergraduate degree, during which I ran A-Level Biology revision sessions for sixth form students. I am currently running workshops and seminars with undergraduate students alongside my PhD.
