About Me
I'm currently a PhD researcher at the University of Cambridge studying biologically active molecules from the marine environment. Prior to this I spent a year at GlaxoSmithKline in drug discovery, completing my undergraduate studies at the University of Manchester in 2014.
Tutor Experience
I am passionate about chemistry and science more broadly, enabling me to take challenging concepts and break them down in a way the student is able to comprehend, using past paper questions to test understanding.
During my PhD I have been heavily involved in small group (one or two students) teaching, and have a proven track record of helping students achieve top marks.
In addition to undergraduate teaching, I'm familiar with the OCR and AQA specifications for A-level biology and chemistry, having previously tutored students for these courses.
