My name is Julita and I come from Warsaw, Poland. I am a Master's student of Chemical Engineering passionate for science and innovation. I graduated from Warsaw University of Technology as top of the class with average of 4.92/5 and I am currently pursueing my studies at KU Leuven university in Belgium. My scientific interests include Fuel Cells for sustainable electricity and development of plant - based meat and dairy alternatives. In my free time I enjoy learning languages, reading, cooking and embroidery.
I started tutoring right after graduating from high school and have been doing that for five years now. The first two years I conducted classes in person. When the pandemic started I switched to online tools, such as Miro Whiteboard and Skype.
I have experience in preparing students for A - level exams in Physics (increased the score of my first student from initial 20% to 82%) and Mathematics (final scores of 88%, 74% and 72%). One of my students managed to get into the final stage of National Mathematics Competition of Poland.
I also have experience in helping students who struggle to pass their courses and exams. All the students that I tutored managed to get marks at least two levels better than the ones we initially started to work with.
The main subject I tutored is Mathematics, with Physics in the second place and Chemistry the third. I am comfortable with giving classes in English and in Polish. I believe in learning from mistakes and practical exampls. I am patient and I care about creating a friendly environment during classes, where the student is never afraid of asking any questions.
