I've been working as a private tutor with The Profs since 2015, giving lectures of different engineering topics, from physics and math to materials and dynamics.
I also have experience as a Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London (2015-2018) and at Georgia Institute of Technology (USA, 2014).

Occasional - I have some coursework on Aerostructures; there are eight questions that I am trying to work through, although I have ideas on some, others I am just not getting the theory.
Having checked all my notes and reference materials, I cannot find anything similar. I can send you the eight questions for you to look at if you wish to go ahead with a class.
I estimate I have at least 6000 hours of experience, having been a tutor since 2011. I initially started teaching Maths and Physics to Engineering students at University and I gradually expanded into secondary school level tuition. I have worked full time as a tutor since 2012 and during that time I have taught Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering.
I have taught A Levels, IGCSE/GCSE, IB, Pre-U, AP and I have covered nearly every exam board including Edexcel, OCR, AQA, WJEC. All of my students are seeking to get into top Univeristies.
What makes me a good tutor is my ability to break down a subject and cover it in a particular order so that a student who might not have a good understanding can understand how to progress through the topics. It doesn't hurt that I have a sense of humour and make my lessons actually fun and enjoyable.
I have successfully taught all subjects I am offering up to and including A Level. Experienced with AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and Eduqas. As a senior leader I have coached and mentored new and experienced teachers giving me a deep understanding of teaching methodologies. Skilled in differentiating learning, my student-centred approach ensures all students make progress. I am dedicated to developing the passion for lifelong learning in others.

I have always been passionate about teaching, I started volunteering as a teacher assistant whilst studying for my undergraduate degree at both Primary Schools and Secondary Schools. I also mentored first year university students when I was in my final year. I started teaching as a graduate teaching assistant when I started my PhD. With my successful profile and excellent feedbacks both from students and lecturers I begun to tutor students to achieve their goals after completing my PhD and until now I have received lots of great reviews.
I am an Engineer with 9+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring and coaching students from GCSE and A-Levels to undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I started tutoring students since 2011 when I gained a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, performing one to one and group sessions up to 6 students, and I kept turning during the Master's Degree studies.
I culminated my passion for teaching in China, where I taught two subjects related to Aerodynamics and Thermodynamics:
• Engine Systems and Aerodynamics
• Performance Modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics
I delivered technical lessons to two groups of 150 students who are attending their Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering at the Automotive University of Hubei, in Shiyan City, China.
The best students have been selected to attend their last university career at the University of Bolton, UK.

Over 2 hrs/week - Hi, I am struggling to write up a literature review proposal for 1500 words, i am 3rd year aerospace engineering student,
I have attached my assignment brief what needs to be done,
I have tutored students online for over 3000 hours and helped over 400 students in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering and Chemistry subjects. I have previously been recognised by ESTYN as an outstanding teacher and won best online tutor for two years with a major tutoring company.
I have been tutoring students Physics, Mathematics, Engineering and Chemistry for over 30 years. I have a wealth of experience getting the best from students at all levels. I have taught Science at Key Stage 3; Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry at GCSE and IGCSE level; Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry at IB level; Physics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A level; tutored numerous students for 13+, 16+, MAT, NSAA and STEP examinations; tutored modules for undergraduate physics, mathematics and engineering; assisted students for both Master and Doctoral postgraduate degrees.
All of my students obtain excellent grades as I tutor in a way that gets the best from every student. In the latest set of examinations all of my students obtained places after independent schools examinations; at GCSE my students obtained level 9 (4 students); at A level my students obtained A* grades (7 students) and 1 student obtained a B grade; at undergraduate my students obtained a first in their modules (3 students); at postgraduate my Master student obtained a first for her dissertation.
Mentoring MSc and MEng students in mechanical engineering disciplines - developing research methods and technical writing abilities.
I was a qualified chartered engineer working in industry before joining Higher Education. I subsequently spent nearly 30 years as a university lecturer teaching a range of engineering subjects. As a practising engineer, I have had considerable experience of “real life” engineering and I combine this into the academic side where ever possible. This helps to show students why it is necessary to master certain topics and puts essential parts of the “puzzle” in place, facilitating a fuller and faster learning.
A significant time as a tutor has taught me a great deal. Something that I have always worked to is that there is no such thing as a silly question. I know that no one fully understands everything the first time round and so I encourage student to question and to ask the same question again if need be.
I have a good grasp of the workings of Higher Education having recent and relevant experience of how exam boards work. I have attended exam boards at least once a year for almost 30 years and as a course Leader, I have also chaired a good number of these boards. I have also attended exam boards in other institutions in my role as an external examiner for Mechanical Engineering.
