About Me
Fun, engaging and empathetic, I use a highly personal approach to my tutoring. I have tutored online throughout the current crisis and have supported several students with their grades this year by providing supporting reports to schools. I am currently delivering training to degree and post graduate level.
Tutor Experience
Over 5 years providing private tutoring, with in person and online, covering mathematics and science up to GCSE.
I spent 3 years teaching maths in secondary schools and two years delivering maths workshops and maths clubs at primary level,
Having previously trained police officer students as part of the new police degree programme I am now lecturing on the course with the University of South Wales.
Topic Expertise
A self confessed maths ‘geek’ with a passion for the patterns and cross links that exist in maths. A genuine interest in science and a fascination with physics, chemistry and biology that is combined with a strong knowledge of the subjects from university studies. Experienced in AQA and Edexcel at GCSE level in these subjects.
I also have a passion for all things crime and police related and a flair for advising degree students on their assignments and dissertations.
