My tuition style is based on the recognition and understanding that each student has their own way of achieving their highest possible results. I fully recognise that in private tuition, the student does not have to compromise and can get the best tutor to suit their individual needs. I try to accommodate the very busy and restrictive schedules of both parents and students, including boarding school students and distance universities. My aim is always to try to help the students achieve their targets.

1-2 hrs/week - Dear Tutors,
I am contacting you on behalf of an IB school, as a DP Coordinator, in an attempt to get some support for a student who has recently made the switch from ITGS SL to HL in the second year of his Diploma Programme. The student has made good progress in ITGS SL, and the role would be supporting his online tuition through Pamoja.
Ideally, the tutor would be able to offer tuition in the student's free periods (which I can provide later); if you have further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
I have successfully taught all subjects I am offering up to and including A Level. Experienced with AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and Eduqas. My passion for teaching is evident; I am constantly looking for innovative ways of teaching students and have recently gained many viewers on my YouTube channel which talks through exam-style questions and techniques.
As a faciliatator, I consider myself fortunate enough to have the responsibility to bridge the gap between young learners and teachers. To achieve this, I allow my learners to say whatever comes to their mind a question is asked. This is not possible unless there is an environment that gives respect to everyone’s thoughts no matter where it stands in terms of knowledge and understanding of the subject-specific topics. When the learners feel the freedom of voicing their opinions it brings them to their zone of proximal development, a suitable environment to facilitate teaching and learning.
As a facilitator, I keep myself updated with all the subject-specific knowledge and details in terms of assessment and delivery of the course-specific content. This is very crucial for the learners to have confidence in my abilities and knowledge to deliver the subject I facilitate. At the same time, I also spend a considerable amount of time in knowing the abilities and potential of my learners to guide them effectively no matter how difficult the scenario be.
