I have been tutoring for more than 10 years, across a range of skill levels from GCSE to degree level. I come from a family of teachers and tutored students from the age of 16.
I have been in the education industry since the past 7 years. I started my career with the primary school with pathways School gurgaon. From that I have moved to the middle school and finally to the senior School all throughout teaching the IB and Cambridge curriculum.
My teaching methodology has evolved from various workshops that I have attended from the prestigious schools of Delhi and NCR which I have worked with.
I have been regularly working part time as an online tutor and hence I am very comfortable with the use of online tools while teaching virtually.
I have been working as a tutor for 8 years, helping students of a wide range of ages and abilities. This has included successfully preparing students for 11+ and 13 + Exams in Maths, English, VR and NVR for top UK day schools. I have helped older students at GCSE and IGCSE–level in English, German, History, and Design and Technology, Film Studies, Media Studies and Art, and worked with A-Level students of Art and Art History. I have reviewed personal statements, portfolios and applications for top US Universities, and provided essay writing assistance to first-year university students in Art History and Cinema and Media Studies.
My experience working with younger children includes volunteer work for the Homework Club at the Rugby Portobello Trust, an afterschool club for primary school children, and as a live-in au-pair and English tutor for a five and seven-year-old during my gap year.
