Currently, I run my own after-school education program focused on combined science for KS3+4 students where I teach groups of 3 to 5 students at a time. Initially this was only for in-person students but since coronavirus I have been running a mix of lessons (online, in-person, and hybrid) with the online lessons being conducted via Microsoft teams. I have created my own curriculum, lesson plans, slides etc for this purpose.
So, I'm new to spires but not to online teaching.
