-Songwriting/Music Producing music: i.e. trying to make songs sound professional – yes, I know how to autotune people! I also play piano, violin and alto sax.
I am interested in the biological mechanisms underlying behaviour (hence why I took Psychology). My modules include Neurobiology, Evolution & Behaviour, Experimental Psychology, Biological Anthropology and Developmental & Social Psychology. So yeah, feel free to ask me about what Psychology at Cambridge is like!
EXTRA THINGS ABOUT ME:
I help interview prospective students for my old school.
I learned to cook an egg during Fresher’s week.
-Cheerful/Fun: 'cause who doesn't like fun tutors?
-Tutoring at Ivy Gate (6 weeks, Hong Kong): included marking UCAS personal statements, providing face to face feedback, and creating/reformatting teaching materials. Students usually get into their 1st choice university.
-Took part in an Oxbridge seminar talk in Hong Kong: had positive reviews and encouraged people to get tuition in the tutoring company that held the talk.
-Founded CGPwned: a website I use to upload my GCSE and A-Level science notes. Last time I checked, they've been downloaded ~40,000 times. See: www.cgpwned.com for more info.
