About Me
I am a board guy - surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, wake-boarding you name it. When I am in nature I feel connected to myself and the beauty of our planet. There are hidden gems of discovery all around us every day, you just need to know where to look. Geography is ideal in helping you see these gems from the smallest to the largest and especially how these relate to each other. Apart from being a teacher and tutor I am also an entrepreneur running a number of successful businesses including a mentoring and therapy practice for students specifically aimed at helping them manage the stress of studying and exams as well just doing life in general. My holistic approach from the IQ to the EQ is a recipe for success.
Tutor Experience
I have experience teaching and tutoring IGCSE, AS/A Levels and University Geography students. I have been teaching and tutoring Geography since 2003 and was the head of Department of a Cambridge International school (British curriculum) and until recently a cutting edge (IEB - Independent Examination Board) private school in South Africa. I now run my own tutoring support facility helping students doing the Cambridge (British), IEB (South African) and GED (American) systems. I believe every student has the innate ability to master any subject. I see it as my privilege to support you in believing it and achieving it.
