I am a full time tutor, with a passion for improving student outcomes. Having worked as an English teacher in the UK and a presenter for EFL in Beijing, I love the opportunity to work with students from a variety of backgrounds with ranging abilities.
I specialise in three key areas; tutoring students in English literature and language, from reception through to undergraduate level; tutoring EFL students of any age and any level; specialized tuition in Education and university admissions.
As an education graduate, I am a keen learner and continue to develop my studies in many areas. I have younger siblings in various stages of their education, with two younger sisters in high school, one with complex additional needs and so I truly understand the value of patience and consistency in tuition.
I recently returned from Beijing, where I lived for a year, focusing on EFL presenting. Before moving to Beijing I taught English literature and language at GCSE level in a high school in the UK.
I can also offer interview prep for Cambridge applicants, as well as support in completing applications.
inspirational teaching-my interpretations of poems is getting better and better!
