About Me
I am currently a full-time Head of Department for Religious Studies and Philosophy and Ethics at successful independent school. I have been teaching for four years. I have spent six years studying both Theology and Philosophy at the Universities of Edinburgh and Cambridge.
Tutor Experience
I am an experienced full-time teacher with students ranging from 11-18 years old. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Cambridge and have successfully brought 100s of students through the GCSEs and A Levels with flying colours for the past 4 years.
Topic Expertise
I have a First Class Degree in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Edinburgh, an MPhil in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge and have been teaching world religions, history, philosophy and ethics for 4 years across a large age range.
I am an excellent practitioner with high level knowledge in ancient and modern philosophy, Christian Theology, Classics, Ecclesiastical History, and Religious Studies. I have experience teaching both OCR and AQA GCSE RS and OCR and AQA A Level Philosophy and Ethics.
