A highly qualified and enthusiastic teacher with a PGCE in Classics from King's College. I have over nine years of experience in teaching Latin, Greek, Italian, and History, with a specialisation in SEN teaching. I can combine academic rigour with innovative teaching and learning strategies. I hold a PhD from Wolfson College, University of Oxford, and have contributed to The Oxford Roman Economy Project. As a British citizen, I am available to start work immediately.

I specialise in online learning and offer my services worldwide from London. I can prepare students for the following UK Latin exams: 13+ and scholarship, GCSE, A-Level, IB, and Oxbridge preparation. I am very active in the Classics community and have collaborated with Hands Up Education on three different projects. Most recently, I have recorded several stories from the Latin reading book for secondary school Suburani Book 1 and Book II.

I am a native Italian teacher who uses authentic Italian texts, visual, audio, and internet resources in my lessons. I have taught Italian Language and Literature in Italy and Italian as MFL in secondary schools in London. I have assisted external candidates of Italian GCSE and A level (AQA examination board).

Very sensitive to children’s educational needs, I have adapted my teaching and resources to reflect a more person-centred practice that takes into account child psychologist consultations. I have worked with students with a variety of special educational needs, including autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, delayed speech, communication disorder, and dyslexia.
