About Me
I am a highly energetic and driven individual. I have experienced opening and running businesses, such as my own Biokinetics practice. I also have extensive teaching/lecturing experience. I have lectured Honours students as well as being a head first year tutor at an exercise science academy in Cape Town, South Africa. I have recently completed my Masters and during this process I discovered a passion for research and it’s implementation in the practical sense.
Tutor Experience

- Exercise physiology to B.Sc & BA Sport and Exercise Science (undergraduate) students
- Chronic disease and disabilities to Postgraduate Exercise Physiologists
I was also the head tutor for the higher certificate in exercise science course at the Health and Fitness Professionals academy in Cape Town, South Africa.
