About Me
I have been teaching/tutoring all 3 Sciences since last 15 years. I hold 2 Master degrees, my first one in Biology and the second one in Pharmaceutical Science. I have been teaching in school but enjoy one-to-one and small group tutoring big time. My students have consistently exceeded predicted grades. I have worked with dozens of SEND and other students with learning difficulties over the years and helped them to achieve their full potential.
Tutor Experience
Harris Academy, Battersea, Science Teacher (Sep 2019 to July 2020). KS3 and GCSE teaching on a full time basis.
Private tutor, London and Greater London (since 2007-present), KS3 to A levels tutoring one-to-one and small groups. Taught all 3 Sciences to GCSE/IGCSE level and Biology to IB/A-levels to dozens of students every year and helped them to achieve to their potential.
Fresh start in Education (Sep 2013-July 2019, and then again from Sep 2020 to present) As my daytime job prior to working in school and presently where I work as an Education Specialist and work with students with challenging behaviour on one-to-one basis in order to engage and reintegrate them back to the mainstream education.

Topic Expertise
I cover all exam boards mainly AQA, OCR and Edexcel for all 3 Sciences at GCSE level and Biology A levels. My examiner experience gives me an inside knowledge of the exam papers and mark schemes which students find very useful. I tailor my tutoring according to the specific needs of my students and support them to maximise their potential.

Bilal taught my eldest son from KS3 up to his GCSEs and helped him achieve all 9s for Chemistry, Biology and Physics. He teaches exactly whats on the specification and due to his experience he knows the exam marking schemes well!
He teaches very methodically and plans out lessons in advance. Bilal helped my son revise for tests and periodically goes through questions from topics covered in previous lessons to ensure my son was on top of his revision. My son began to greatly appreciate Science, especially Biology where he needed most help on, after seeing the enthusiasm which Bilal showed when teaching.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Bilal and would recommend him to anyone!
