Online Business Studies Tutor Philip

From a parent: Philip gave our son Bert two months of emergency economics coaching in the run up to A levels, after Bert confessed that he hadn’t understood large chunks of the syllabus. Phil was absolutely fantastic, not only explaining the subject, but getting Bert interested in it, and enjoying it. To the school’s and our own amazement he got an A, later marked up to an A star, which allowed him to get into
Durham.

Throughout Phil was extremely efficient and professional, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Bert - now a keen reader of The Economist - would agree!

From Nathan: Before Philip’s help I was struggling with the quality of my essays and was sitting on a 2:1. However, using Philip’s help in my 3rd year to plan essays as well as editing and adding suggestions to add to the quality of my work, I’ve scored a 1st on every assignment this year and am now well on track to finishing on a 1st class honours.

From a student: Philip has been a great A-Level Economics tutor and has really helped me improve my understanding of the subject. In our lessons, we often go over topics that I find difficult, and he explains them in a way that makes them much easier to understand. He is always patient and happy to answer any questions I have, He also gives me homework and practice questions to work on between lessons, which has been really useful in improving my skills and preparing for exams. I would highly recommend Philip to anyone looking for an Economics tutor, as he is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants his students to do well

From a parent: Philip has been incredible with my son Rory. Rory enjoys working with Philip and I have seen a real change in his work ethic . Rory’s results at university have improved and is really driven to do well now he is under Philips direction . Philip put a lot of effort into his tutoring and the lessons are well planned out . We could not be more satisfied with Philip and how he has supported Rory through his University course.

From a student: The best tutor I have ever had. Gave me a lot of confidence and dedicated his time to make sure I fully understood the critical analysis aspect of essay writing. The quality of my writing improved and I managed to achieve a grade that I was immensely proud of.

From a student: Philip is an excellent tutor. I have just completed my BSc in Business Management gaining a 2:1. The support I got from Philip was invaluable. His ability to provide remote support was vital during the past couple of years. What I found particulalry helpful was that he was able to get the tutorong approach just right, whether it was a topic where I just needed a bit of context or a topic that I needed more in depth support. I recommend Philip wholeheartedly and without reservation

From a student: In my first 90 minute Skype session with Philip I learnt more about academic writing and exam techniques than I had done in 2 years at University!
His ability to give constructive critical feedback on coursework was amazing. He is a brilliant tutor, very knowledgeable with great communication skills . I would not hesitate to recommend him

From a student: Outstanding communication. Incredible support, guidance, and subject knowledge. Was able to run through my work and break it down into bite size chunks that are easily absorbed. I would highly recommend Philip, and will use his services again on my next module.

From a student: Philip was so helpful during my second year in university, he helped me so much with my coursework and taught me how to critically analyse every point made in each essay.
He helped me pull my grades up from a 2:2 to a 2:1. Would highly recommend !!
