Online Physics Tutor Mark

I have at least 5000 hours of experience teaching high school and university students.

Teaching has always been my main occupation, since I graduated high school, my first job was as a French tutor.
I started teaching math and physics in 2008 and started tutoring online in 2016 with glowing reviews in at least 3 online platforms.

I have taught IB, A levels, IGCSE/GCSE, AP physics and Calculus, Edexcel, Australia VCE, JEE, French Baccalaureate. At university level I've tutored General physics I and II, Electricity and Magnetism, Waves and Oscillations, as well as MCAT physics.

My empathy and ability to connect with my student's struggles is what makes me an excellent tutor, as I still remember the doubts or difficulties that I had as a student. My teaching experience helps me to quickly identify when a student is lost or is not understanding a certain topic. I have many tips on improving and also many visual tools to make my students quick problem solvers. Visualization is important and when possible I'll use visual examples to illustrate complex topics, physics and math are visual disciplines. Not everyone will understand something the same way and that's why explaining an idea different ways can greatly improve the understanding of a concept, as an experienced tutor I have lots analogies in my teaching arsenal.

I consider myself to have an easygoing attitude and good sense of humor and that always helps my lessons feel enjoyable to my students.

I excel at teaching every high school math or physics curriculum. I am very familiar with IB physics SL or HL (and the new 2025 curriculum). Math AA or AI and IGCSE/GCSE physics and AP Math and Physics (calculus and algebra based).

At the undergraduate level I can teach calculus I and II. For physics General university physics I and II and also modern physics. I'm qualified to teach electricity and magnetism and waves and oscillations at 2nd year level.

I cannot teach pure mathematical analysis nor engineering specific subjects.
