My last role was for five years in an International School in the Netherlands, where I was Coordinator of KS4 and Head of Department. I have taught many curricula - the UK KS3, the GCSE, A Level, the IBDP (English Literature HL/SL and English Language and Literature HL), Cambridge International, TEFL, and the Common Core. As an eight-year Examiner of both Paper 1 and Paper 2, I have an extremely nuanced understanding of the mark schemes, assessment criteria, and the subtle distinctions that move students into the next grade.
