Online History Tutor Keith

I have recently joined Spires agency and have yet to build up a range of client reviews. However, I will happily provide reviews from other platforms whilst I build a profile here. I have pasted a couple of these reviews below. I have been a teacher of History for thirty years and I work hard with students to achieve their goals in an enjoyable, engaging and interactive manner. Indeed, I have a notable track record of success in delivering outstanding results at GCSE, A Level, IB and also CAIE level examinations.
I have authored a number of widely used text books with extensive experience of examining at the highest level , indeed I have authored a number of the specifications currently in use in Britain and overseas.

We came to Keith quite late, and somewhat in desperation on my part. She was struggling with confidence and had reached the point where she wanted to drop History altogether. Keith was wonderful. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable teacher whose genuine love of history shines through in his lessons. My daughter was sometimes a reluctant tutee, but Keith always took this in his stride. He also worked with her on the exam techniques required by Cambridge. With Keith’s expert teaching, patience and encouragement, she found the confidence to sit the exams and achieved a grade 9. It is remarkable to think that she came so close to not sitting them at all. We cannot recommend Keith highly enough.

Keith is very approachable and knowledgeable. He has really brought the subject alive for our son and we are very grateful for his input. We wouldn`t hesitate to recommend him as an excellent tutor for history.

I have taught and tutored across a wide range of periods and examination boards. In addition, my experience at KS3 and at university level has reinforced a deep understanding of History. This has been reinforced by writing or advising on a number of textbooks ranging from the medieval to the modern periods. Such experience is especially directed towards conveying the exact subject knowledge needed to prove understanding rather than simply factual recall of the period. I have wide experience of both domestic qualifications and also international examinations, both of which I have delivered teacher training and authored books for. I cater for all of the major exam boards in addition to helping students to perfect performance on entrance examinations and Oxbridge applications.
