Online Maths Tutor Zahra

I have significant experience teaching and tutoring Mathematics with a PhD in pure mathematics from the University of Birmingham. I have been helping GCSE , A-level and IB students as well as undergraduates in a variety area of mathematics. I work with commitment and enthusiasm to make a real difference for all my students. Over the last several years, I have had the opportunity to teach students from a variety of backgrounds and this has given me the ability to respond to a range of learning styles.

My main goal is to make the students become better thinkers. I help them identify any underlying mathematical issues and misconceptions. I try to make the concepts look easy by starting with some motivating examples. Then I proceed to formal definitions and precise definitions. The examples, if explained clearly and not confusingly, often help students learn by providing intuition and increasing their motivation. I also provide extensive feedback on their written work.
