I am a QTS-qualified Computer Science teacher with several years of experience teaching students at GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC across both UK and international schools. I specialise in helping students understand challenging topics such as programming, algorithms, and computer systems, while also improving their exam technique and confidence.
My teaching style is clear, structured, and highly personalised. I break down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps and adapt my approach to suit each student’s learning style and ability. Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades, prepare for exams, or build a strong foundation in Computer Science, I focus on delivering lessons that are engaging, practical, and results-driven.
I have experience teaching programming in languages such as Python, Java, and C#, and I support students with both theory and coding practice. I also place strong emphasis on exam preparation, including past paper practice, structured revision, and developing effective problem-solving strategies.
In addition to my academic teaching, I provide consistent feedback and support outside of lessons where needed, helping students stay on track and make steady progress. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their skills.
I am committed to helping every student reach their full potential and achieve the best possible outcomes in their studies.
I am a qualified Computer Science teacher (QTS) with several years of experience teaching across UK and international school settings. I have taught students at KS3, GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC, delivering lessons in Computer Science, ICT, and IT-related subjects.
In my teaching roles, I have been responsible for planning and delivering structured lessons, preparing students for examinations, and assessing progress through regular formative and summative assessment. I have experience teaching key topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, and computer systems, and I have supported students in developing both theoretical understanding and practical coding skills.
Alongside classroom teaching, I have provided targeted one-to-one and small group support to help students improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve better academic outcomes. This includes supporting students with exam preparation, coursework, and problem-solving techniques.
I have also worked with students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support, adapting my teaching approach to meet individual learning needs. I am experienced in delivering lessons online using digital platforms and creating engaging, interactive sessions that keep students motivated and focused.
