About Me
I am a professional academic, Visual Artist, Course Content Creator, editor and podcaster.
I really enjoy teaching the subjects I love. I am a mentor to artists as well as University students for their BA and MA theses or MA and PhD proposals. Painting portraits is my daily business mainly through commissions. I have a passion for teaching art, steering away from instant gratification and also keeping a great art form and skill/craft alive. The joy is the journey, the silence and to slow down time. Learning how to see rather than thinking what you see is part of this process.

I have taught and tutored, mentored and coached for more than 30 years, one-to-one, online and offline. I love learning and I know learning can be a really joyful experience.
