About Me
I have been primary school teacher for 7 years now, teaching primarily in London but also taking a year to teach in Italy. I have always enjoyed learning myself and still enjoy frequenting museums, galleries, lectures and anything else that can teach me a little more! I am acutely aware that not everyone feels this way, and particularly not for every school subject! I therefore find joy in trying to make subjects come to life and help students to understand their relevance and signficence and committing their learning to their long term memory.

I’m an experienced primary school teacher with 7 years of classroom experience across both KS1 and KS2, with 4 years experience teaching in Year 6. I have a strong background in supporting children with SEND, tailoring lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs and styles. As a maths lead in two different schools, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to build confidence and success in maths at all levels. Alongside my primary teaching, I’ve also tutored GCSE and A-Level students in English and History, helping them develop strong analytical and exam skills. I’m passionate about making learning engaging, supportive, and effective for every student.
