About Me
As an Engineering graduate from the University of Bristol with a strong academic record, I am driven by a passion for math, science, technology, and teaching, along with a commitment to positively impact students' learning experiences through tutoring. In addition to my academic achievements, my engineering background equips me with a solid foundation in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication – all of which are essential skills for tutoring. I am confident in my ability to break down complex concepts into manageable parts, adapt my teaching style to individual learning preferences, and provide personalized guidance to help students overcome any hurdles they may encounter.
I have tutored various subject such as Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science to students all around the world. I have tutored students studying the IB syllabus (MYP, DP), British curriculum (Edexcel, Cambridge, AQA) and the American curriculum as well. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students, nurturing their curiosity, and helping them unlock their full potential. Tutor Experience
I have over six years of tutoring experience and have delivered around 3000 hours of 1:1 tutoring sessions including in-person tutoring and online tutoring since 2018. I have been a specialist Math and Sciences tutor with elite tutoring agencies in the UK and UAE.
I have been extensively involved in tutoring subjects such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. I have taught students doing a variety of curriculums such as GCSE/IGCSE, AS Level, A Levels, IB MYP, IB DP, Foundation Years and AP. I have experience with different British boards as well such as Cambridge CIE, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and AQA. In addition, I have gained experience tutoring university-level courses related to Electrical Engineering. My experience touches all levels from middle school through to university level. All of my tutoring sessions have been conducted in English and I possess a native level fluency for English. I have tutored students coming from around the world including international students as well as local students. My approach is student-centered, adapting to individual learning styles, and aiming to instill a deep understanding of topics from first principles and interest in subjects.
