I am an experienced prep and senior school teacher. I have taught History up to 'A' Level and English to GCSE. Recently, I have taught History and English at a well known prep school up to Common Entrance and Scholarship levels. I have also prepared many students for the ISEB pre-test and 11+ exams and provided future schools advice to parents. I am currently finishing off my Doctorate before taking up a headship.

About Me
I am a passionate teacher and have always instilled a love of the subjects that I teach in my students. I have a positive relationship with my students and believe that education is a partnership of trust and understanding. I am currently undertaking a Doctor of Education which has ensured that I have kept up with the latest pedagogy. In my spare time, I enjoy playing hockey and spending time with my two dogs.
Tutor Experience
I have been a teacher for over 30 years and taught in a number of well established senior and prep schools. I have taught English up to GCSE level and History to 'A' Level. In recent years I have taught English and History to Common Entrance and scholarship candidates. I have also prepared students for the ISEB CPT and 11+. During the pandemic, I conducted all my lessons very successfully online.
I have been a Head of Department and recently Deputy Head and am taking some time out of teaching to finish my Doctor of Education before taking up a headship.
