I am a qualified and experienced Chemistry educator with over seven years of teaching experience, including teaching A Level Chemistry and GCSE Science in the UK. I have taught across major UK exam boards including WJEC, AQA, Edexcel (both GCSE and A Level), as well as IGCSE. I teach Physics and Biology upto GCSE.
In addition to my UK teaching experience, I have taught undergraduate Chemistry for one year in India. I hold a PhD in Chemistry from Brunel University, London and have qualified the Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in Chemical Sciences, awarded by the Government of India.
Over the past few years, my students have consistently improved their academic performance under my guidance. I have taught in UK sixth form colleges, working with both British and international students, and have experience teaching BTEC science courses. Currently, I work part-time across secondary schools, sixth form colleges, and as a private tutor. I also hold a certificate in teacher training and am confident in delivering Chemistry lessons at both secondary and undergraduate levels.
My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, current level of understanding, and preferred learning style. I recognize that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods accordingly—whether through quizzes, PowerPoint presentations, or interactive sessions—to keep lessons engaging and effective. I am also a patient and attentive educator, always ready to listen and provide support when students face challenges or have specific needs.

I am confident in teaching all branches of chemistry including physical, Organic and Inorganic. I teach GCSE science including Physics and Biology. I have taught AQA/Edexcel/ WJEC boards for GCSE and A level and IGCSE. In my previous sixth form college I have done practical endorsements.
